Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Khatwat Islah Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Manpower Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage manpower supply operations.
• Build relationships with clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate recruitment and workforce deployment.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise the manpower team.
• Achieve sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in the manpower supply industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations.
• Valid transferable Iqama for expatriates.
• Arabic and English and Bangladesh communication skills are an advantage.
