Position: HVAC Foreman
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Foreman for immediate join to supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at the Marafiq Project. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily HVAC maintenance and repair activities.
Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians and subcontractors on site.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation systems, and associated equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
Review work orders, prepare daily reports, and update maintenance records.
Identify technical issues and provide troubleshooting support.
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and spare parts required for maintenance activities.
Ensure work is completed on time and according to project specifications.
Communicate effectively with project management and client representatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, including at least 2 years as a Foreman or Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and controls.
Ability to lead and manage maintenance teams.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
