Rental equipment business development executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth and increase heavy equipment rental revenue.
• Develop new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Independently manage and lead the rental equipment sales department.
• Secure rental contracts for Excavators, Skid Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Coordinate equipment cross-hiring with local suppliers whenever required.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in heavy equipment rental business development or rental equipment sales.
• Strong business relationships with Saudi Aramco and Non-Aramco project management teams.
• Excellent network with local equipment rental suppliers and establishments for cross-hire arrangements.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and close rental contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of taking full ownership of the rental sales department.
Preferred Candidate:
1. Transferable Saudi Iqama holder preferred.
2. Preference may be given to candidates from Kerala, India, based on business requirements and applicable employment regulations.
3. Valid GCC driving license is preferred.
