Job Summary

The Quality Lead – QHSE is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Corporate and Project QHSE Management Systems in compliance with Saudi Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, client requirements, applicable Saudi regulations, and international standards. The role ensures quality assurance, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Corporate and Project QHSE Management Systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Saudi regulations, and client requirements.
Develop and control QHSE manuals, procedures, policies, and project documentation.
Prepare and submit QHSE documents for client prequalification, vendor registration, and project approvals.
Lead internal, client, third-party, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
Monitor QHSE KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
Conduct site audits and inspections to verify compliance with Corporate QHSE requirements.
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Plans.
Monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
Provide guidance and support to project QHSE teams.
Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Clients to ensure effective QHSE implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate or Regional QHSE roles within EPC, construction, industrial, or plant projects.
Experience managing QHSE systems across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco, NEOM, and SABIC standards is preferred.

Preferred Certifications
NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely.
ISO Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001).
