1. Project Director
▪︎ Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
▪︎ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall delivery of the project from mobilization to handover.
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Constrction, Commercial, Contracts, Planning, Design, Procurement, Logistics, QA/QC, HSE and Project Controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Client, PMC, Consultants and key Stakeholders.
- Provide strategic leadership, governance, risk management and executive reporting.
▪︎ Experience:
Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale construction projects.
- At least 10 years in senior leadership positions such as Project Director, Construction Director or Delivery Director.
- Proven experience in delivering High-rise, Mixed-use, Stadium, Hospitality, Commercial or Giga-project developments.
- Stronge knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Commercial Management, Stakeholder Management and Project Controls.
- GCC or Saudi Arabia mega projects experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates holding UK nationality are strongly preferred for current project requirements.
