Division Head

We are seeking for a Division Head that is focused on Oil & Gas, Power & Water Industries that consolidates its
Mechanical-Electrical & Instrumentation Activities (MEICA)

Key Responsibilities:
- The leadership role is required to handle core team for EPC, Project & Product sales and O&M contracts Individual divisions covering MEICA areas have made suitable investments in plant and machinery, technical manpower.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and, within the set budget.

- Oversee the operations ensuring the division growth in Product sales, EPC Projects sales, in Operations and Maintenance services offering in Bahrain
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and, within the set budget.
- Overall Business Strategy, P & L Management
- Communicate with clients, third-party resources, and upper management for most effective project on-time completion.
- Leads the estimation team for presale proposal support and Projects EPC, construction estimation
- Monitors the sales team progress with Sales Manager/BDM, EPC Project Managers progress, to achieve the required annual turnover.
- Manage the smooth running of the sales activities in tendering; EPC or Construction contracts, Workshop Fabrication services contracts/services
- Provide leadership to estimation, project execution, O&M team members, to maximize their work output and quality of work.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, all third parties (vendors, subcontractors, and local suppliers) to ensure smooth sales, procurement, and timely delivery of our products, projects, and services.
- Prepare monthly progress reports to the Management on the status of the projects and department progress.
- Develop Key Performance indicators for Operational Services and to provide comprehensive monthly reports to Senior Management.

Qualification:
* With 20+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management roles with a proven track record of success (Sr. Management level- Business Development Manager, Division Head/Department Head)
* BE in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent. PMP Certified
* Management experience in EPC Projects, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Water Industries, Electrical Substation, Instrumentation, Pumping stations, Waterlines Pipelines, Plant installations
* Prior experience in the specific industry is essential, demonstrating familiarity with market dynamics and challenges.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, able to inspire and engage diverse teams.
* Must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
* Proficient in MS office to prepare Reports, Documentations, Presentations & Other Correspondences. Primavera
* Must have GCC Experience.

Salary: 4000-5000BHD (depends on skills and experience)
