Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in South Indian cuisine
Expert in preparing Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Chutneys, Pongal, Upma, South Indian meals, and other authentic dishes
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations
GCC experience is preferred
