About the Company

SPAZIO STYLE is a leading distributor of luxury interior brands, specializing in premium wallpapers, fabrics, trimmings, and bespoke rugs. We partner with interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, hospitality groups, and high-end residential clients across the GCC.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and drive sales growth across Bahrain and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Bahrain and the GCC.

- Promote and sell premium wallpapers, fabrics, trimmings, and bespoke rugs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, hotels, and corporate clients.

- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to secure orders.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project opportunities.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in wallpapers, fabrics, furniture, flooring, interior finishing materials, luxury building materials, or related industries.

- Existing network with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, or developers is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

- Willingness to travel within Bahrain and the GCC when required.

- Valid Bahrain/GCC driving licence is preferred.

- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
