Likhasin Department is looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing Interior Fit-Out & Construction Team.
Qualifications:
Experience in Sales & Marketing (Interior Fit-Out/Construction industry is an advantage)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Able to generate new clients and build long-term business relationships
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
Capable of handling projects from client award through project completion by coordinating with the operations team
Valid Bahrain Driving License with own vehicle (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations
Promote the company's Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, and Construction services
Follow up with clients until project award
Coordinate and monitor awarded projects to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's client base
