Responsibilities as a Mechanical Site Engineer
* Installation of service building equipment such as irrigation pumps, valves, strainers, and fertilizer units.
* Installation of fire and smoke dampers.
* Installation of HVAC equipment such as ducts, FCUs, and split units.
* Prepare daily progress reports.
* Installation of DI, PVC, PPR, and HDPE pipes of different DN.
* Material management including inspection, utilization, and material execution as per approved drawings.
* Site measurements and quantity calculations.
* Review shop drawings.
* Coordinate with material suppliers and subcontractors.
* Conduct site inspections and verification.
* Coordinate with consultants in preparing snag/punch lists.
* Closing of snagging lists.
* Testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
* Prepare operation and maintenance manuals.
* Ensure HSE compliance.
* Close NCRs/SOR observations.
* Support commissioning activities.
* Verify testing reports and documents.
