Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH or OSHA).
Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within with the Saudi Energy Company.
Comprehensive knowledge of periodic maintenance, equipment, machinery, and related safety procedures.
Strong understanding of workforce safety, field operations, and appropriate preventive measures.
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining safety records and full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health and safety policies and procedures for the unified contract.
Identify and assess occupational risks (mechanical, electrical, and chemical) and establish appropriate preventive measures and warning signage.
Supervise the provision of safety equipment and ensure employees’ compliance with safety requirements.
Prepare and monitor safety reports and records, evacuation plans, safe work procedures, and medical examinations, ensuring proper approval and compliance.
Prepare specifications and quantity lists for safety equipment and ensure their proper provision in accordance with approved policies.
