About the Role:
We are seeking a practical and experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in earthworks, concrete works, piling, formwork, rebar installation, and marine structures, with the ability to lead site crews and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities including excavation, piling, concrete pouring, formwork, rebar fixing, and backfilling

Lead and manage site workers, technicians, and subcontractors; assign daily tasks and monitor performance

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with site crews

Enforce HSE protocols including PPE compliance, permit-to-work, and safe work practices

Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications

Monitor material usage and wastage; request materials as required

Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and supervisors for setting out and quality checks

Maintain accurate daily records of work progress, manpower, equipment usage, and materials

Report delays, technical issues, or incidents to the Site Engineer or Project Manager

Supervise equipment operations including excavators, cranes, concrete pumps, and piling rigs

Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the work area

Assist in preparing inspection requests and closing out non-conformances

Mentor and guide workers to improve skills and productivity

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or ITI certification in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Foreman in civil construction, marine, or infrastructure projects

Hands-on experience in piling, concrete works, formwork, rebar, earthworks, or marine structures

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety standards

Experience managing site workers and subcontractors

Valid safety certifications (IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) preferred

Fluency in English or Hindi/Urdu for clear communication with site crews

Valid driver's license (preferred)
