URGENT HIRING – FEMALE OFFICE ADMIN / HR

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

TEMCO Contracting Est. is looking for a Female Office Administrator / HR Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and documentation.
Manage employee records and HR files.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
Process Ajeer, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and other HR-related documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
Coordinate with government portals and support PRO-related activities.
Prepare reports, correspondence, quotations, and other office documents.
Support management with administrative and HR tasks.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates will be given preference.
Previous experience in Office Administration and HR is an advantage.
Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR procedures is preferred.
Experience with Ajeer, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and other HR portals is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Experience in the Construction or MEP industry is preferred.
Valid transferable Iqama with a minimum of 6 months validity.
