IT Support Technician – ESOM Project (Maaden Al Baitha, Qassim Region)

Full-time, on-site IT Support Technician responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and IPTV systems. Duties include hardware/software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, computer repair, incident management, and user support.

Key Skills:

* Technical support and troubleshooting for Windows-based systems
* Maintenance and troubleshooting of internet, IPTV, and IP phones across 250+ rooms
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic networking
* Experience with network cabling, patch panels, and cable identification
* Printer support, hardware replacement, and routine computer maintenance
* Knowledge of IPTV systems and IP phone configuration
* Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
* Fast English speaker
* IT diploma/degree preferred; experience in industrial or corporate environments is an advantage

Additional Information:

* Company provides accommodation, transportation, two meals per day, laundry service, and internet.
* Comfortable living in a remote desert location and willing to relocate to Maaden Al Baitha, Buraidah, Qassim Region.
