Job Requirement – Turkish Cook

We are currently looking for an experienced Turkish Cook to join our team.

Position: Turkish Cook
Cuisine: Authentic Turkish Cuisine
Location: Shoaiba, Saudi Arabia
Requirement: 1 Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic Turkish Food
Cook meals for approximately 200 to 300 members on a daily basis.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Ensure proper food storage, inventory control, and kitchen cleanliness.
Supervise kitchen assistants and maintain an organized kitchen operation.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Turkish Chef.
Proven experience preparing meals for large groups (around 200 to 300 people).
Strong knowledge of Turkish cuisine and traditional recipes.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
