Job Summary:
The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all MEP installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities. They ensure work is completed safely, according to project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on site.
* Monitor daily activities of technicians, electricians, plumbers, and subcontractors.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
* Conduct site inspections and identify defects or safety issues.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
* Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
* Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Verify quality of workmanship and ensure timely project completion.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and completed works.
