Available Positions
1. Ticketing Agent (Indian National / Kerala Region Preference)
Location: Office-based
Key Responsibilities:
Manage global flight reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, and cancellations utilizing GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre).
Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and travel consultations to corporate and walk-in clients.
Handle hotel bookings and comprehensive travel packages efficiently.
2. Ticketing Agent (Saudi National)
Location: Office-based
Key Responsibilities:
Execute full-cycle travel reservations, ticketing modifications, and refunds via GDS platforms.
Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and internal corporate standards.
Deliver high-quality customer service and corporate account management.
3. Outdoor Sales Executive (Any Nationality)
Location: Field-based / Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts and business partnerships to expand market share.
Conduct regular field visits to present, promote, and sell comprehensive travel and tourism services.
Meet and exceed established monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
General Qualifications & Requirements
Proven professional experience in the travel, tourism, or airline industry is mandatory for all roles.
Proficiency in major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for ticketing positions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous, particularly for Saudi National and Sales roles).
