Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the maintenance of heavy and light vehicles.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic systems.
* Experience in planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
* Ability to manage workshop operations and supervise maintenance technicians.
* Experience in spare parts inventory management and maintenance cost control.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare technical and maintenance reports.
* Experience with construction equipment and heavy machinery is an advantage.
