Perform indoor and outdoor plumbing works for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Accurately read construction drawings and execution plans, and implement plumbing works accordingly. Execute plumbing works in residential, commercial, and industrial projects (cold & hot water piping, drainage systems, fire-fighting systenms). Install all types of sanitary fixtures (washbasins, mixers, toilets, water heaters, etc.).
Repair and maintain plumbing failures at project sites.
Coordinate with electrical and HVAC teams within the MEP scope to ensure proper workflow and timely execution of Works.
Adhere to quality standards and occupational safety regulations in all stages of work.
Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to the supervisor or responsible engineer.
Job Requirements:
Vocational or industrial diploma, or equivalent from an accredited institute. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing works execution. Ability to read and understand drawings and handle technical tools and measurements.
Familiarity with Saudi code systems and occupational safety standards. Ability to supervise assistants and work effectively within a team.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Possession of a Saudi driving license is an added advantage.
High-level skills in both rough-in
(foundations) and finishing plumbing works.
