Key Responsibilities
Generate new manpower business leads.
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill manpower requests.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
Maintain sales records, contracts, and customer databases.
Monitor contract renewals and project requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
