Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (hospital or healthcare experience is preferred).
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily financial transactions.
* Prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable.
* Process payroll and monitor budgets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
* Assist with audits and other accounting tasks.
