• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience within Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking & writing)
• Proven ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate daily activities
• Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
