Position: Shift Production Supervisor

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the process industry, hydrocarbons, refineries, bitumen production, or hydrocarbon terminals.
Strong knowledge of HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct refinery production activities during assigned shifts.
Coordinate the activities of DCS Operators, Field Operators, Boiler Operators, and Laboratory Technicians.
Ensure compliance with production targets, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Monitor plant operations and respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies.
Prepare shift reports and report directly to the Production Manager.
