Production Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized and technically capable Production Supervisor to oversee the production of our custom-made products. As every order is unique and often passes through multiple departments, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
• Review and understand the technical requirements of each production order.
• Coordinate workflow across multiple departments to ensure smooth and timely production.
• Plan, prioritize, and supervise multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Clearly communicate job requirements to production teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve production issues, and keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Minimize production errors, material wastage, product damage, and unnecessary labour costs.
• Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, Purchasing, and Production teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn products and production processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure
