*About the Role*
We're hiring a BIM Engineer to join our contracts/technical team, responsible for producing structural BIM models and supporting structural design for road signage, gantry, and cantilever sign structures across infrastructure and giga-project contracts (NEOM, Qiddiya, government, and main-contractor scopes).
*Responsibilities*
- Develop 3D BIM models for structural steel systems (gantries, cantilevers, sign support structures)
- Perform structural design/analysis and produce calculations per Saudi/GCC codes
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines; resolve clashes
- Produce shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
- Support tender technical submissions and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Liaise with site/installation teams to ensure design constructability
*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in BIM modeling + structural design (steel structures preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit, Tekla Structures, and structural analysis software (SAP2000/STAAD/ETABS)
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes (SBC) and AISC standards
- Prior experience with signage/gantry structures or similar light steel structures is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
