Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
Handle recruitment and manpower mobilization based on client requirements.
Coordinate work permits, visas, residency, and other employment documentation in compliance with Qatar labor regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing workforce support.
Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and performance-related matters.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases and trackers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the manpower, outsourcing, or staffing industry.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and employment regulations.
Experience with visa processing, employee mobilization, and government portals is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
