Operations Management
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
* Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
* Monitor dining room, kitchen, and service areas for operational efficiency.
Customer Service
* Welcome guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
Food and Beverage Management
* Monitor food preparation and service timing.
* Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff regarding menu quality and availability.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
Inventory and Stock Control
* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
* Coordinate purchasing and receiving of supplies.
* Verify supplier invoices and delivery quantities.
Financial Management
* Monitor daily sales and prepare sales reports.
* Verify cash collections, POS transactions, and bank deposits.
