Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Welding QC Inspector with valid Saudi Aramco Approval (CBT/SAP) to join our team for an oil & gas project in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
Valid Saudi Aramco Approval (SAP Number / CBT Passed).
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in welding inspection, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical projects. �

Valid AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1 certification (or equivalent). �

Good knowledge of ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104, Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), and project specifications. �

Familiar with NDT methods: VT, RT, UT, MT, PT.
Ability to review WPS, PQR, WPQ, weld maps, ITPs, and QC documentation.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Perform pre-, during-, and post-welding inspections.
Ensure welding activities comply with Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications.
Review welding documents and inspection reports.
Coordinate NDT activities and witness testing.
Raise NCRs when required and verify corrective actions.
Coordinate with client inspectors and construction teams.
Maintain welding quality records and documentation. �
