Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management.
● Strong experience in managing building maintenance operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and supervising maintenance teams.
● Good knowledge of maintenance planning, safety standards, and contractor management.
● Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
● Good communication skills in English.
● Preferred Nationality: Indian.
