We are looking for a talented and experienced **Mechanical Quantity Surveyor (Tendering)** to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
✔ Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for:
* HVAC Systems
* Plumbing Systems
* Firefighting Systems
* Water Supply & Pumping Systems
* Piping Networks
* Mechanical Equipment Installation
✔ Prepare accurate cost estimates and Material Take-Offs (MTOs).
✔ Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
✔ Develop competitive pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract works.
✔ Support tender submissions, commercial proposals, technical clarifications, and post-tender negotiations.
✔ Identify value engineering opportunities and maintain updated cost databases.
### 🎯 Requirements
✅ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in Mechanical Quantity Surveying and Tendering.
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQs, MTOs, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
✅ Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical Systems.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation/tendering software is preferred.
