Mint is hiring a client-facing design consultant for outdoor spaces, gardens, pools and villa landscaping projects.
We are looking for someone who can meet home owners, understand their requirements, visit sites, create simple visual concepts, follow up with clients, and help turn proposals into signed projects.
This is a mix of 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. You do not need to be a senior architect, but you must have good taste, confidence with clients, and strong follow-up.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Meet clients and understand their requirements, budget, and style.
Visit sites, take photos/videos, and capture important details.
Create simple concepts using references, moodboards, Canva, SketchUp, AI tools, or similar.
Present ideas clearly and follow up with clients.
Work with the team to prepare proposals.
Help close projects and hand over clear requirements to operations.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2+ years experience in interior design, landscape design, fit-out, furniture/showroom sales, outdoor sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good taste and ability to understand client preferences.
Comfortable with site visits and WhatsApp communication.
Based in Bahrain.
English required. Arabic is a plus.
