Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, and professional networks to identify talent.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project requirements.
Meet recruitment targets within agreed timelines.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience
✔ Experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia is preferred
✔ Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage
✔ Strong sourcing and networking skills
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work independently and deliver quality candidate profiles
