Gouna Company Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Drilling Sales Head to lead our drilling products and services business across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Oil & Gas industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth with major operators and EPC contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Develop and execute strategic sales plans for drilling products and services.
2)Identify and secure new business opportunities with clients such as Saudi Aramco, drilling contractors, EPC companies, and industrial organizations.
3)Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
4)Promote drilling chemicals, Lost Circulation Materials (LCM), drilling equipment, drilling tools, and related engineering solutions.
5)Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
6)Lead contract negotiations and close high-value sales opportunities.
7)Coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
8)Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming drilling projects.
9)Achieve sales targets while expanding the company's market presence.
Requirements:
1)Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2)Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling sales, oilfield services, or drilling products.
3)Minimum 5 years of Saudi Arabia market experience.
4)Strong knowledge of drilling operations, drilling fluids, LCM, drilling chemicals, and drilling equipment.
5)Existing network with Saudi Aramco, drilling contractors, service companies, and EPC contractors.
6)Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
7)Valid Saudi/GCC driving license is preferred.
