Job Responsibilities:
• IT professional or service center specializes in repairing individual components directly on a circuit board.
• Instead of simply throwing out a broken motherboard and replacing the whole board, these specialists use advanced micro soldering and BGA rework stations to replace faulty microchips, ICs (integrated circuits), and transistors.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware.
•Respond to and resolve IT support requests from users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Repair and support of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Network cable installation and basic networking support.
• Hardware diagnostics and replacement of faulty components.
• Providing technical support to users.
• Maintaining inventory of hardware equipment.

Requirements:
• Suitable IT qualification, Computer Hardware, or a related field
• Proven experience as a hardware technician
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
