JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Critical Thinking: Corporate trainers will have to develop or assess materials that will
help employees understand the subjects being taught. Trainers will have to understand
the needs of the employees and judge what will work.
Decision Making: Corporate trainers will have to decide the best programs to train their
employees and meet the needs of the organization.
Communication Skills: Corporate trainers need to speak present to groups of
employees, speak interpersonally with individuals, report to management and meet with
vendors. They must be friendly, clear, strong speakers.
Management: Trainers might be in charge of training staff, or need to motivate and train
large groups of employees.
AS SALES TRAINER- MY ROLE
Teaching about company facts and ethics
It is important to provide knowledge to sales team about companyâ??s history, background
and ethics so as to increase the confidence.
Associating with a good selling brand in market gives a boost to enthusiastic employees
and turns out in profit-making transactions.
Enhancing the product knowledge in workforce.
It is important to discover new uses of the product and benefits of the services an
organization is offering.
Giving the detailed information about the product through readings, reviews and
presentations helps employees in formulating selling strategies as per customerâ??s
needs.
Enhancing communication and interpersonal skills
To make effective sales, it is crucial to possesâ?? persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Without these skills, selling is mere a waste of time. Thus, every training program must
include inculcating these skills in workers as an indispensible part of the plan.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS TRAINER
Interpersonal skills are life skills which we use every day when we communicate and
interact with other people, both individually or in groups. People who have worked on
developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both their
professional and personal lives. Employers often want to hire people with great and
strong interpersonal skills. Corporate require people who work well in a team and be
able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and customers.
Interpersonal skills are not just important in work place. Our personal and social lives
can also be benefitted from better interpersonal skills. People with good interpersonal
skills are usually perceived as optimistic, calm, confident and charismatic-qualities
which are always endearing or appealing to others.
