A private room is available in a 2-room apartment located in Ar Rawdah, Jeddah
Apartment includes:
1 Kitchen (yes, you can cook... or just collect instant noodles)
1 Shared Washroom (shared, please don't treat it like a museum exhibit)
Monthly Rent: 1200 SAR
No negotiation — the rent has already won that argument.
Payment Terms:
A 3-month advance payment is required before moving in. This is not negotiable, so please don't ask.
A little about your future roommate(me):
I don't smoke, but if you do, that's fine. Just don't turn the apartment into a weather forecast with 100% cloud coverage.
I prefer a peaceful home. If you're someone who enjoys quiet after work rather than constant conversation, we'll get along well. I'm not unfriendly—I just appreciate silence and personal space.
Professionals are preferred. I mind my own business, and I'd appreciate a roommate who does the same.
One important note: ladies, please don't message. I'm happily married, and if I rented the room to a lady, I have a strong feeling I'd mysteriously disappear. I'd like to avoid that situation.
