# Position Summary

Dar Al Snaaat Marine & Industrial Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, securing long-term service agreements, increasing workshop utilization, and achieving sustainable revenue growth.

# Key Responsibilities

### Business Development

* Develop and execute a strategic business development plan.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Industrial Plants, Ports, and EPC Contractors.
* Generate new leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.
* Register the company as an approved vendor with targeted organizations.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

### Sales & Client Management

* Conduct regular client meetings and technical presentations.
* Receive and qualify RFQs.
* Coordinate with the technical team to prepare competitive proposals.
* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts.
* Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout project execution.

### Market Development

* Monitor competitors and market trends.
* Identify high-potential sectors and customers.
* Develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
* Promote the company's capabilities through exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.

### Internal Coordination

* Coordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
* Ensure quotations are submitted within agreed timelines.
* Support project handover after contract award.
* Follow up on Purchase Orders, Contracts, and payment collections.

# Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales.
* Minimum 5 years within Marine, Offshore, Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Equipment sectors.
* Existing network of clients within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Valid Saudi driving license.

# Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The successful candidate will be expected to achieve measurable business results, including:

* Minimum 15–20 client meetings every month.
* Generate at least 30 qualified business opportunities monthly.
* Register Dar Al Snaaat as an approved supplier with at least 3–5 new organizations every month.
* Submit a minimum of 20 quotations each month.
* Achieve monthly sales targets as agreed with management.
* Maintain a quotation conversion rate of at least 25%.
* Secure annual framework agreements and long-term maintenance contracts.
* Increase workshop utilization through consistent project acquisition.
* Support timely collection of outstanding payments.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess an established professional network and a proven ability to generate business within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Priority will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:

* Existing relationships with decision-makers within Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Port Operations, or EPC companies.
* Demonstrated success in securing maintenance contracts, service agreements, or long-term business partnerships.
* Proven ability to independently generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable business.
* Strong understanding of the procurement process, including supplier registration, RFQs, tender submissions, commercial negotiations, and contract award.
* Excellent knowledge of the Saudi market and key industry players.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

### Mandatory Requirement

Applicants must provide evidence of their business development achievements, including examples of major contracts won, key clients managed, annual sales targets achieved, and the industries they have served. These achievements will be discussed during the interview process.

Candidates who can demonstrate an active network of industry contacts and a consistent record of winning new business will be given strong preference.
