1. QA (Quality Assurance) Inspector / Specialist
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of furniture leaving our facility meets the highest standards of structural integrity, finish, and design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials (wood, veneers, fabrics, hardware) upon arrival to ensure quality compliance.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of furniture pieces (structural joints, sanding, upholstery, finishing, and paint/stain quality).
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions.
Ensure all products match architectural drawings, spec sheets, and client requirements.
Maintain accurate quality logs and inspection reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector specifically in furniture manufacturing or woodworking.
Deep understanding of furniture construction techniques, wood species, hardware, and finishing standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.
Sharp eye for detail and a zero-tolerance approach to poor craftsmanship.
2. Production Supervisor
Role Overview:
You will oversee daily factory floor operations, managing manpower, materials, and machinery to ensure production targets are met safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of carpenters, joiners, painters, and upholsterers.
Plan production schedules and allocate manpower effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
Monitor workflows on the factory floor to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.
Ensure all machinery and tools are properly maintained and operated safely.
Enforce strict health and safety protocols across the production floor.
Track material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Factory Foreman in the furniture/joinery industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of standard manufacturing safety regulations.
Interior Designer (Specialized in Furniture & Space Planning) URGENT
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with a strong background in custom furniture design. You will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically stunning, and manufacturable interior spaces and furniture layouts—specifically focusing on kitchens, living rooms (sala), and bedrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual designs, space plans, and detailed furniture layouts for kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms.
Create comprehensive 2D detailed technical drawings and 3D realistic renderings for client presentations and production floor use.
Design custom cabinetry, wardrobes, modular kitchen units, and freestanding furniture pieces.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, and color schemes that balance design aesthetics with production budgets.
Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor and QA team to ensure designs are structurally sound and accurately fabricated.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
Proven experience in interior and furniture design, with a strong portfolio showcasing modular kitchens, living spaces, and bedroom cabinetry.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or specialized kitchen design software.
Strong knowledge of materials (MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneers, laminates) and modern hardware mechanisms.
Atleast 2 yrs experience
