We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Foreman (Finishing) to oversee and manage all internal and external finishing phases for our ongoing building projects in Bahrain.
You will lead on-site trades, ensure exceptional quality control, and maintain strict compliance with project timelines and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site finishing activities (plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, and waterproofing) to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret complex architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide the workforce.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with various subcontractors to maintain work sequence, verify performance, and prevent project delays.
Quality & Safety: Conduct regular quality inspections, enforce safety protocols (PPE usage, site hazards), and ensure approved materials are used.
Progress Reporting: Prepare daily site progress logs and report any discrepancies or material requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in civil finishing operations, preferably on high-rise or large residential/commercial projects.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, application techniques, and sequence of works.
Leadership: Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills to handle a diverse multicultural workforce.
Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil or Architectural Engineering is preferred.
Local Transfer: Preference given to candidates currently available in Bahrain with a valid driving license.
