We are looking for an experienced Wet Utilities Technical Office Engineer to join our team for roads and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
📍 Position:
Wet Utilities Technical Office Engineer (Water, Firefighting, Sewage, Stormwater & Irrigation) + Quantity Survey + Civil 3D
✅ Experience:
7–10 years of experience.
Contractor experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in wet utilities.
Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.
Experience with NWC is highly preferred.
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong experience in wet utilities.
Experience with Saudi utility authority requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Review IFC drawings.
Prepare utilities shop drawings.
Prepare utility profiles and layouts.
Perform utility coordination using Civil 3D.
Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ verification.
Perform hydraulic calculations (preferred).
Prepare technical submittals and RFIs.
Coordinate with roads and structural disciplines.
Review utility clashes.
Prepare as-built drawings.
Calculate material quantities.

Fire Water Network
Sewer Network
Stormwater Network
Irrigation Network
🛠 Required Software:
Civil 3D (Mandatory)
AutoCAD
Microsoft Excel

📌 General Requirements:
Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
Experience with NHC, NWC, SEC, Municipalities, or similar government clients is an advantage.
Strong understanding of utility coordination and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
