Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the applied position (more experience is preferred for senior roles).
• Experience in crusher plants, mining, quarrying, construction, or heavy industrial operations is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and company procedures.
• Ability to work in a remote site under hot and dusty conditions.
• Physically fit and able to perform assigned duties.
• Valid operator licenses or trade certifications where applicable.
