📍 Area Sales Manager – West: Pune, Maharashtra
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Managers to drive business growth, lead sales teams, and strengthen customer relationships in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Represent the organization at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of sales experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Experience in any of the following industries is preferred:
o Automobile Manufacturing
o Auto Components
o Sheet Metal
o Injection Molding
o Machining
o Assembly
o OEM Sales
