We are a real estate company and are looking to hire a Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office and administrative tasks
- Handle and update company social media accounts
- Take photos and videos of properties for marketing/social media
- Prepare documents and reports using MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools
- Assist with basic office hospitality (preparing coffee/tea for guests and staff)
- Support general office coordination and communication

Requirements:

Philipino nationality
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic photography/videography skills for social media content
- Well-organized, presentable, and good communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
