Key Requirements:
Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in Fixed Network implementation and telecom project management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or any recognized Project Management certification is highly preferred.
Proven experience working on Huawei and Ericsson Fixed Network projects.
Strong leadership, project planning, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Fixed Network implementation projects from initiation to successful completion.
Conduct and lead customer meetings, project review meetings, and technical discussions with clients.
Manage project budgets, cost control, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Coordinate effectively with in-house engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
Prepare and deliver professional reports, project presentations, and management updates.
Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Skills Required:
Strong working knowledge of ISDP.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in project documentation, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
