What You'll Do

Hunt for opportunities and build direct relationships with government, quasi-government, and enterprise clients
Write winning technical proposals for tenders and projects
Design technical network solutions (Cisco, security & surveillance systems, infrastructure)
Manage your own projects end-to-end, from award through final delivery

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications/Network Engineering or IT
3+ years of experience in network systems integration or ELV
Strong technical background in Cisco solutions (Fortinet certification a plus)
Ability to write professional technical proposals in both Arabic and English

Compensation

5-month probation period: base salary of SAR 4,000/month (all-inclusive)
Acquisition commission: 8% of gross margin on each awarded project
Management commission: 4% of gross margin on each managed project

After Probation

Achieve 100%+ of the SAR 3.5M awarded-projects target: formal confirmation + 150% base salary increase, to SAR 10,000/month
Achieve 60–99% of target: formal confirmation at the same base salary (increase reviewed later)
Below 60%: one-month evaluation extension, or termination based on overall performance
Mandatory for any confirmation tier: client satisfaction ≥95%, on-time delivery ≥95% (excluding delays outside the employee's control)
