We are looking for an experienced Business Setup & Visa Processing Executive to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi business setup and visa processing.
Complete knowledge of Saudi Commercial Registration (CR) and company formation procedures.
Experience with MISA, Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, National Address, and related government portals.
Knowledge of Saudi visit visas, business visit visas, family visit visas, and other visa application procedures.
Ability to prepare and submit required documentation accurately.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to handle clients professionally and manage multiple applications.
Responsibilities:
Process Saudi company registrations and licensing.
Handle CR applications, amendments, renewals, and related government procedures.
Process Saudi visit visa applications and provide guidance to clients.
Coordinate with relevant Saudi government authorities and online portals.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of applications.
Provide excellent customer service and application support.
