The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for supporting the school's quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with school policies, Ministry of Education regulations, and Bahrain Education & Training Quality Authority (BQA) standards. The role focuses on monitoring quality, maintaining documentation, supporting continuous improvement, and preparing the school for inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure the school complies with BQA standards and Ministry of Education requirements.
-Coordinate and prepare all documents and evidence required for BQA inspections.
-Maintain and update school policies, procedures, and quality records.
-Monitor the implementation of school improvement plans and follow up on progress.
-Conduct internal quality reviews and identify areas for improvement.
-Collect and analyze school performance data and prepare quality reports.
-Work with school leaders and departments to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
-Support staff in understanding BQA requirements and quality procedures.
-Keep quality documents organized and up to date.
-Attend meetings related to quality assurance and provide regular updates to the Principal.
-Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
-Knowledge of BQA standards is an advantage.

Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, school administration, or quality assurance.
-Experience in BQA inspection preparation is preferred.
