Job Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
* Lead and manage workers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
* Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
* Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
* Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports.
* Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction or oil & gas projects.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to read construction drawings and execute work accordingly.
* Good knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.
* Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
