Experienced Civil Engineer (8 Years Infrastructure & Construction Experience) with a fully transferable Iqama seeks an immediate entry-level position as a Site Clerk, Draftsman, or Quantity Surveyor (QS) in Riyadh. Willing to accept an entry-level wage for a quick transition.

Technical Skills & Expertise:
* Civil 3D (C3D): Proficient in corridor modeling, grading, surfaces, and infrastructure layouts.
* AutoCAD: Advanced shop drawings, as-built modifications, and structural detailing.
* Quantity Surveying (QS): Expert in material take-offs, bar bending schedules, and quantity tracking.
* Advanced Excel: Automated site logs, cost estimation, daily progress reports, and advanced formulas.

Status:
* Iqama: Valid, Transferable, and ready for immediate legal transfer via Qiwa.
* Education: Full Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Language: Fluent English speaker.
