We are looking for a qualified Accountant who will be based at the reception of our ladies-only gym. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills who also enjoys interacting with customers and delivering exceptional front-desk service.
Key Accounting Responsibilities
* Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records
* Record all income, expenses, and journal entries
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents
* Handle petty cash and daily cash reconciliation
* Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records
* Assist with payroll preparation and salary records
* Prepare VAT reports and support tax compliance
* Maintain financial spreadsheets and accounting databases
* Assist with budgeting and expense analysis
* Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
* Organize financial documents for audits
* Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Reception Responsibilities
* Welcome members and visitors professionally
* Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
* Process memberships, renewals, and daily payments
* Issue receipts and maintain front-desk records
* Coordinate appointments with trainers
* Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the gym professionally
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Previous accounting and bookkeeping experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Friendly, confident, presentable, and well-spoken
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Physically fit and professional
Preferred Nationality: Filipino or Nepali
